How we handle your information
This policy explains what information Tandem (“we”, “us”) collects through tandemholdings.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, company, whether you are an owner, broker or advisor, an annual earnings range, your industry and your message.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and continue a conversation you started.
- To understand whether your business may be a fit for Tandem.
- To keep the website running, secure and working well.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies’ marketing.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site. They handle information only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly visit counts.
- Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface used on the site, which means your browser requests font files from Google.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger, financing or sale of our own business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
Confidentiality
Conversations about your business are confidential. We share what you tell us only with the people at Tandem and our professional advisors who need it to evaluate a potential partnership, and only with your agreement beyond that.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as they are useful for an ongoing conversation or a possible future one, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, contact us through our contact page. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, and we limit access to the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
